Villa Arni Andros is mostly recommended for the hospitality and family atmosphere and this is what makes it so special during the 40 years run by Ioanna.
The neighborhood is very quiet, in summer evenings you may enjoy your veranda views in piece and in the morning you can walk only 10′ to the sandy beach of Batsi.
A comfortable 70 sqm single level Cycladic house, with wonderful courtyard, garden and views of Batsi village, where you can relax on the sun loungers with shades in a private area.
It is recommended for families and groups of friends (max 6 pax) due to the autonomy it offers, with two kitchenettes and bathrooms.
The beds are either king size or XL twins (combinations upon request) and 2 sofa beds. One more foldable bed or baby cot may be added upon request. Laundry service is free of charge.
The 2 apartments of this type, may accommodate 2-4 persons, offer a bedroom separate from the kitchen area, with a large double bed, and built/sofa beds in the kitchen.
The sun protected private veranda has outdoor furniture, where you may enjoy the view to the village and your meals.
The three (3) Studios with village and sea view, may accommodate 2 – 4 persons, have either queen beds or XL twin beds, sofa bed and kitchenette. The veranda is private with outdoor furniture, where you may enjoy your meals and the view to the bay of Batsi.
The 2 studios with private courtyard may accommodate max 3 pax each, in a large room and separate kitchenette. These offer 1 Queen built bed and 1 single bed. Baby cot may be added upon request.
Each studio has private courtyard with outdoor furniture and sunbeds, where you may enjoy the view to the village and your meals. The entrance is private,
Booking both is recommended, for families with older children or friends. In this case we connect the courtyards.
The two (2) studios of this type, may accommodate 2 persons each, in a large single area with kitchenette. These offer king size bed or XL twin beds and 1 single sofa each. The studios have private verandas, sun protected, with ceiling fans, and outdoor furniture, where you may enjoy the view to the village and your meals. The yard has sunbeds and it is private.
